Linux kernel patch: weighted bonding mode

Prepared patches (for [source:trunk/packages/linux/patches/ linux], [source:trunk/packages/kernelheaders/patches/ kernelheaders] and [source:trunk/packages/ifenslave/patches ifenslave]) add way to set weight for interfaces working in round-robin-like mode. Userspace daemon may use that to control bonding in real-time. Those weights are write only and basic sysfs info for user is included.
