Linux kernel patch: network interfaces kernel-side descriptions

Prepared patches (for [source:trunk/packages/linux/patches/ linux], [source:trunk/packages/kernelheaders/patches/ kernelheaders], [source:trunk/packages/net-tools/patches net-tools] and [source:trunk/packages/iproute/patches/ iproute]) add way to store descriptions of network interfaces in sensible and convenient way. ip addr, ip link and ifconfig commands are using descriptions to give better formated output and allow to change them. Basic sysfs support included.
