vlan 11 problem - needs investigation

Description

When testing routing, using shared qemu bridge and vlans I came to a strange problem.

Seems like one of the devices wasn't properly counting its stats. This appeared on two of three hosts - which had device vlan1 with vid 11.

/sys/class/net/vlan1/statistics/tx_bytes was far too low then it should.

Renaming to vlan11 did not help. Changing vid to 20 did the job.

I will close this ticket if I will not be able to reproduce this issue.
